Aroma Yoga

Experience the use of various essential oils throughout the balanced yoga class awakening our energetic channels and unwinding layers of holding in both fluid and restful postures. Oil will be used both aromatically being diffused in the air as well as in hands on assists. Peppermint oil for feeling more alert, wild-orange for feelings of happiness and warmth, lavender and rosemary for stress-reduction.
