We can take requests & customize the practice based on what's going on with the group. The community is something of its own, with true friendships that have formed, and a circle of thoughtful people to practice & connect with each week. You can opt to join us live online at the time of the class or we send along the recording of the practice to give you flexibility to practice at the most convenient time for you or repeat the practice another day of the week.

In addition to the live online therapeutic practices, and new weekly recordings, we have a content library of recorded classes that you can access anytime.


We have extensive training and experience working with clients with injuries and chronic conditions.

Between Brenda’s 34 years as a Physical Therapist and Maura’s 20 years experience with Yoga Therapy, Corrective Exercise and Bodywork you can trust that practices are designed with your health in mind. We hear how complimentary our approaches are for a sustainable movement practice that supports all layers of your being.
